Just received sms while riding my bike on Norfolk cost. Have I been charged?

Hi, we've noticed that you might be travelling by ship or plane. Calls, texts, and data are all chargeable and do not come out of your standard allowances or UK data add-ons. It will cost GBP9.60 per MB, GBP6.00 per minute, and GBP1.20 per text to roam. To protect you from excessive charges, a GBP45.00 roaming data cap is in place.     Hey there ​@Mantas Ka, we’re sorry to hear that. It’s likely that you somehow connected to the maritime network (ships network) whilst near the sea, which does incur charges. However, of course, we wouldn’t look to charge you for this.
