Safe search


Safe search is blocking my browsing but only when using my phone data. It’s fine when I use WiFi. I can’t change the settings in Google as it says someone else is an administrator. It’s only happened since my switch to iD

Try switching it off @Bowmonster, wait 10 minutes and search results should be unblocked. Thanks.

Morning @Bowmonster,

Have you switched off the Adult Content Filter in the iD Mobile app?

Plan → Manage iD Services → Toggle Adult Content Filter to OFF.
