Sim not working after going abroad (Spain)

Hi.

I have gone abroad to Spain and my SIM is suddenly no longer working.

How do check ID Mobile has not deactivated the SIM is some way?

I don't have the SIM activated against the ID app so I can't see it's status. When I try and activate the app it sends an SMS that i can't receive. 

A bit stuck, any advice?

It sounds like your SIM may have become faulty. We can look at getting a new one out.

Alternatively you can request an eSIM via the iD Mobile app or collect a SIM from your local Curry’s store.

Thank you Kash. I manage to resolve the issue by reseating the SIM in the end. The eSIM is a good idea, I will do that when I get home.
