I have a pay as you go sim. I've topped up so I definitely have the funds. Sometimes international calls work, sometimes it doesn't. It's very frustrating.
I'm mainly calling Nigeria. The country code is added to the phone number.
When the call doesn't work, it doesn't ring but the call appears connected so I start getting charged. Then I get this text
"Calling abroad from the UK is chargeable and is not included in your standard allowances or add-ons. For international calling rates, please visit our international call charges page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges"
International calls is enabled in my account, and like I said, I can sometimes make calls to the same numbers and sometimes I can't without changing anything.
