south africa data roaming


I’ve bought a 10 day data add on for South Africa and it’s not working.

We are very sorry to hear your roam beyond add on is not working. 

 

Can you please confirm which network you are connected to? 

Also, when you manually search networks are alternative showing available and have these been tried?

Hi Nat,

thanks for getting back to me. I’m on Vodacom-SA but there is MTN-SA, Telkom, TelkomSA-R and Cell C. 
I’ve tried all of them with not much joy. I mainly need the data for my satnav so it’s been difficult trying to find my way around without access to the data.

Are you able to complete a network reset on the handset? 

This will mean that any WiFi connections will need to registered via the password.
