I can't access data despite having roaming on.

I get this message when I try to connect to ID mobile

Do you have data roaming enabled via both the iD Mobile app/website, and your phone’s own settings?

 

Also, have you increased your bill cap via the iD Mobile app/website to allow for charges to go through for roaming in South Africa?

I am struggling with using any data on my ad on whilst I’m in South Africa. I have tried turning my phone on and off and I’ve tried resetting my network settings. 
 

please help
