Hi, I have a similar issue to one I've seen on this forum from about a month ago where my data is being used from my normal plan instead of my roam beyond package. I've been in Switzerland the past couple days. I arrived on Wednesday 19/03 and bought the 5 day package for 10GB. I've been using data and received no warning that I might have passed the roaming cap, but I have checked the app and it says that I have been using data from my normal plan and the 10GB for my roam beyond is still full. Am I going to incur any additional charges for this or is there anyway to recoup some of the data I have used that I thought would have been covered by the plan? I am leaving today so I won't be needing the package for it's last day. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
