Take care when close to a country that is not covered in your plan!## set your bill capping to zero ##I traveled to Southern Spain (roaming included) but on 1 day suddenly started to ‘use chargeable services whilst roaming’.I did not receive a message to say that I was connected to Morocco! (not included in the plan).I bought an add on for data guessing that this was the problem- but it was not.I only realised what had happened once I had my billI was capped at £45 ? luckilyI have just dealt with an agent and can not receive a refund for services that I have used!The main help given is to set bill capping to 0 when roaming- I wish I had known
