The number you have called is not recognised

I am calling a UK landline from Spain, but just getting the message, ‘The number you have called is not recognised’.

Have tried several times over several days.

I have called this number before from Spain without a problem.

The number is still valid as I have had someone in the UK call it successfully.

I have rebooted my phone (its a Motorola g23), Roaming is on and I have phone credit.

Any suggestion please?

Thanks.  It was a problem with the Sim. I contacted Chat and they are sending me a new one.

Hi @Lamata2024,

Welcome to the Community!

Please can you advise if you are using the correct dialling code?

I would advise to try +44 and if that doesn’t work 0044.

Please let us know how you get on.

Kash
