I recently bought the 20G data roaming add on but was unable to connect to any network while on holiday in Turkey. I would like a refund.

Contact iD customer support, for a refund, using their online Live Chat service, ​@Emz23. 

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the iD chat-bot works 24/7.
