I have used my phone successfully twice in Europe this year. My phone is enabled to roam and no settings have been changed. I am in Southern Italy and am unable to make calls. In my Roaming "SIM settings" it says my "Mobile Network Service" is disconnected. Why is this?
My wife is with IDmobile and has exactly the same issue also, so it is not an isolated issue. What is the cause?
+22You need to use either TIM S.p.A, Vodafone Italy or H3G S.p.A.
It says that my Network is Vodafone Italy, but states as I said that my Mobile Network Service is disconnected.
+22Try manually roaming on another one on the list. Network settings and change network selection from automatic.
