I've had to make some medical calls abroad (USA) and have hit the £50 cap. I'm unable to make any further calls, which may be urgent and I'm unable to remove that cap. How can I enable the ability to make further calls if required?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD onlineLive Chatservice, to speak to a customer adviser @DanielWThe advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends- just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
