Unable to make calls abroad (limit)

I've had to make some medical calls abroad (USA) and have hit the £50 cap. I'm unable to make any further calls, which may be urgent and I'm unable to remove that cap. How can I enable the ability to make further calls if required?

Your bill cap can be altered up-to £75.00 via the iD Mobile app/website.

 

If you need higher, then I believe this needs to be requested internally and to see if our team can do so/accept doing so.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@DanielW   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
