us riam beyong not working


I purchased 10 day roam beyond add on but having arrived in Florida have no connection. Service provider shows t mobile and all roaming functions on, but no connection. How do I get a refund

Try doing a manual roam in network settings and choose another network that’s available.

Thanks but no joy. Tried manually selecting all options. Now downloaded an e sim through Airalo which works fine. Any ideas how I get a refund on add on id mobile add on

Unfortunately ‘ live chat’ isn’t live just get a chat bot!  No idea how you speak to a real person!
