USA add on not working


Can I have clarification on add ons not working in USA . Have purchased 2 in last month with neither working

Sorry to hear that you are unable to use the add-on.

Firstly please ensure that the settings are correct by checking the link below:

If the add-on still doesn’t work we can look at a credit refund once the add-on expires if there is no usage.

Can you look at this matter please as I was unable to use the add on after all settings were adjusted  thanks

Hey there ​@Fadgeboy, sorry to hear that. To clarify, were you able to purchase the add-on, and it didn’t work at all?

 

Are you back in the UK now, and has the add-on expired yet?
