I purchased a roam beyond package for USA the day I arrived and it is not working. I have tried all the tips on the community and still is not working. I am not a happy customer! ID, please can you get this working for me as I really need data roaming whilst in the US. I have already missed 2 days of my allowance I purchased.

Thanks. I've tried all the help options and to no avail. It seemed to work at one point, albeit slowly, but back to normal connection now. I am in an urban built up area so there should be signal. Please can you get this working for me? I will be looking for a refund if not.
