Used an e-sim abroad, now lost iD on my phone

I downloaded an e-sim while in New York, but now I'm back my iD network has disappeared.  How do I get it back?

Okay @Lesley Hall, if the iD SIM is still in your handset, maybe try setting it as the default / primary line.

Thanks - after a long ‘live chat’ conversation with Customer Support, they switched my account to an iD e-SIM to solve the problem.
