using data and calls abroad

I have an unlimited data, calls and Text package - what does this mean for travelling abroad to EU and non EU countries?? 
Are their additional roaming costs for calls and/or data and if so what to they look like??

Roaming outside one of the iD Mobile inclusive EU destinations will result in extra charges, @Kevinborrett. 

The charges will depending on your destination.
