They will assist you further okay.Sounds like a scam,@ConnorWilson- iD Mobile do not have a call centre for customer support.It’ll be expensive to use your iD Mobile SIM in Turkey.

So roaming isnt aloud in Turkey, why not?data should be allowed to be used for free!
