visited germany and Netherlands and got charged for rest of world roaming. is this correct?

It’s likely that you either connected to a country whose border you were near, that’s not included in iD Mobile’s inclusive EU roaming package, or you travelled through one of these countries.

 

Or, it’s likely that you were charged for going out/near to the sea, and connected to the maritime network.

 

I’d recommend contacting iD Mobile’s live-chat to investigate these charges further for you if you need:

As kindly advised by ​@WelshPaul, it is likely you went through a country that isn’t included in the EU roaming or near one of their borders, or connected to the maritime network when out at sea.

 

What countrie(s) did you travel to, and which did you go through as well please?

 

Also, did you go out to, or near the sea at all?
