Good morning, I’ve recently just joined id mobile, I’m on unlimited minutes and texts with 100 data, as I’ve read roaming is not covered free in USA which I’m fine with, I’d rather just use WiFi and make calls/send messages via WhatsApp using their WiFi , however is it possible to cut off being charged for anything like receiving calls and texts whilst there?

Hey there ​@Scott Walker, of course. Simply login to the iD Mobile app/website, and turn off roaming, as well as setting your bill cap to £0.00, and this will stop you from connecting or being charged for anything. So long as the bill cap is £0.00 however, nothing will be charged, even if roaming was on, it’s just as an extra precaution.
