I am in Norway and can use data roaming. However, I cannot place voice calls (or receive them).
What could I do to solve this.

The situation resolved itself after about a day when voice started to work as well.

Thank you. I had seen this before posting. The issue was that data roaming worked but not voice roaming. The issue resolved itself a day after arriving. I got the standard welcome abroad message from id and suddenly could use voice.
It appears that there was nothing wrong with my phone or setting but Id was simply not working as it should.
While data roaming is better than nothing, I am still quite unimpressed by the whole experience.
