welcome to USA, I'm in Spain!

Hello! any idea why ice received a message saying welcome to USA when im in spain? 

I won't be happy if I'm being charged for being in the US whilst in Spain which should be included in my roaming!! Thanks for any clarity on this.

    Hey there ​@Ddrmum, sorry to hear that, that’s odd. Firstly, I’d recommend changing your bill cap to £0.00, to avoid any charges from being taken.

     

    Where about’s in Spain are you, and how did you travel please?

     

    Did you receive the text straight away, once you touched down in Spain and connected to the network?
