why cant i get data in Cyprus?

Just been to Cyprus for a week and couldn't get any data. My phone being is fine so not that. It was really annoying

    Hey there ​@kevrich100, sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, as you’re back home now, it’d be difficult to troubleshoot and advise what the problem was. Therefore, if you do have issues abroad again, please get in touch with us right away however you can via Wi-Fi for example, and we can troubleshoot further and raise to our technical team if needed.

     

    For future reference, please ensure you roaming is enabled via the iD Mobile app/website, as well as via your phone’s own settings, and restart your phone once you get abroad.
