Currently in USA and am unable to use the phone. How do I make it work so I can call uk and use data?
why cant i use my phone from USA to ring uk? if i need to increase my limit how do i do it?

Your bill cap will need to be high enough to support the extra charges a call from the USA to the UK would cost, you’ll be able to change your bill cap in the iD Mobile app/website.
