it didn’t work at all and we followed all help sheets and her brothers did with the same network. It said she had 44GB on the app but just wouldn’t work. As soon as landed in the UK it worked. How do we stop this happening again in the summer hols?
Perhaps the APN value in your daughter’s handset wasn’t set to “id” (must be lowercase), but this value was correct in your son’s handset,
I’ll take a look now will this prevent this happening again then if it is?
Hard to know with for sure,
If you’re in one of the iD Mobile inclusive roaming destinations, and your calls and texts work, but not your mobile data, then the APN value might be incorrect or the handset setting for allowing roaming mobile data might be OFF.

Unfortunately we would need to troubleshoot the issue whilst she is abroad.
It could be as simple as connecting to a different network partner, APN settings and settings on the handset.

we are back away and it doesn’t work again she has a Iphone 11 where do we look to change the APN as we can’t see it in mobile network settings anywhere?
