My daughter’s ID iPhone is not working in France, I have checked that roaming is enabled on the app and the phone, however she hasn’t even received the standard text as she entered the country. She has used the plan in Spain previously with no issues. Any advice appreciated.

Despite what the iD app reports, your daughter’s roaming might actually be turned OFF in her iD account,
