I can't make calls or send texts internationally from my SIM. What should I do?

If you can’t make international calls or send texts internationally on your phone, follow these steps to get back on track:

 

Step 1 - Enable International and Premium on your iD Mobile plan.

 

To make international calls or send texts internationally, you need to enable ‘International’ and ‘Premium’ in the iD Mobile app or on my.idmobile.co.uk:

 

  1. Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
  2. Tap ‘Plan’.

 

 

  1. Scroll down.

 

 

  1. Tap ‘Manage your iD services’.

 

 

  1. Tap the toggle to Enable International and Premium. Tap ‘Save’ to confirm your changes.

 

 

 

Step 2 -  Change your Bill Cap.

 

International calls and texts are chargeable. Therefore, you need to adjust your Bill Cap to make them. Here’s how:
