Now taken payment 3 times....

well im annoyed I got told I get my refund today but still haven't got it if its not in tomorrow morning and they start making more excuses I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback as I not giving away money im not a charity

should always record the phonecall I had this problem 2yrs ago and tried saying I owed money

got my refund finally sorted and it shocking that people who got payment took twice didn't get any credit given as I know I didn't

pay monthly due a upgrade but can i upgrade to sim deal only

i upgraded and it was adjusted a few days later you do get a new sim but dont use it as it doesnt effect your old sim your using might take 48hrs to update on your account

pay monthly contract ended trying to upgrade to sim only

if you do upgrade on your account to sim deal it will transfer to sim deal after 48hrs as mine did may take longer but will update i was worried at first but did update

no my bill got credited when i downgraded to sim deal only just check on monday or few days you will see a change on your contract and what next payment be
