Cannot place order on MS Edge..Mesage device data_info.browser_language is invalid or missing

Trying to place an order online using MS Edge browser and at the very last stage when it says it will “debit 1p from your credit/debit card” i get the following message after entering my debit OR credit card details….“ device data_info.browser_language is invalid or missing” The orderdoes not proceed

Phone call keep cutting out. Then it says " Your service doesn't allow access to this number"

Phone call keep cutting out. Then it says " Your service doesn't allow access to this number" . I’ve always called my mum on this number never had a issue in past but cut me off from my call around 7 times had to keep calling her back.

Switching to iD from Three

First of all, I haven't been able to switch my number to iD for the last 5 days as I get a message saying the code will expire too soon. I've just tried to get a new PAC code from Three and they've told me anyway that I can't switch from Three to iD as they use the same network and won't give me a PAC until the old one expires anyway. Nowhere during the order process was this mentioned but I see other people have successfully switched I'm about to initiate a phone return if this isn't possible as I was not told this.Can anyone confirm this I correct?

No order confirmation email

Hi, I (think) I ordered a new iPhone 14 on Thursday, which had an upfront cost of £9.However, I have not received an order confirmation email, and no money has come out my bank account.Am I right in thinking that the order hasn’t been processed correctly, and I should re-submit?I don’t want to accidentally sign up to two phone contracts!Marc

change from rolling contract

HelloI moved from 3 to ID on a rolling monthly contract 4 months ago. I'm very happy with their service but need a new handset.Looking at my account online it says i cannot upgrade for another 18 months. If I take out a new 2 year contract with you for a Samsung S24, is there any way I can keep my same account and more importantly my same number?

phone number not moved over

HiI changed over to ID mobile last week & arranged for my old number to transfer over on the 25th (yesterday) using PAC My old contract was cancelled yesterday however my old number hasn’t transferred across yet, is there something I need to do to sort this?TY

Old number not transferred to new sim

Hi, I ordered my phone through Mobiles.co.uk on Monday, and submitted my Pac code / existing number. The transfer was set to happen yesterday. From Three to ID.Today I began using the new ID sim, however it’s a completely new number.I haven’t had any text/notification that the transfer has been processed or is underway.What should I do?

Wait for sim before number transfer

I've just signed up for ID and want to transfer my existing number, I’m still waiting for my ID sim to arrive (note I only placed the order yesterday so I’m not expecting it for a few days). I have my PAC code, if I go fill out the form now, will my current sim turn off before my ID sim turns up?

My data is not working on my Samsung Galaxy S23

Hello everyone, I have recently moved from GiffGaff to ID and have noticed that whilst I can use wifi on my phone and make calls using my mins allowance and txt using the txt allowance, my data is just rolling over month on month. Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this? C

Phone number - changing plans

Hi,I’ve recently completed my 24month phone contract with ID mobile. When I log into the app I can see they’ve offered me cheaper plans as I obviously no longer need to pay for the handset. Will this change my phone number or will I be able to keep the same number?

phone number not transferred correctly

Transferred my number back in November but the number does not appear within settings and so iMessage does not work.  The original number is within settings but if I amend it, it doesn’t save.

I provided my PAC Friday 19th at 11:30am, my contract has now ended with my previous provider, ID mobile said my number would be updated 22nd January which is today and my number still hasn’t reverted back to the one I had with my previous provider?

sim card issues

Good evening,I have just moved to ID mobile, my number was going to be ported over on the 02/01/24, however due to the Xmas post I did not receive my SIM card until the 03/01/24.i cannot register on the system, using either my old number or the one ID mobile have given me.where do I go from here ?

Multiple attempts to transfer old number to ID phone

I have tried multiple times to transfer my old number, I get this message and the number does not change. What is the problem? All details are correct in the form as I have checked multiple times and applied for the PAC code twice to ensure it is the latest from O2 my old provider. We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.

Phone call cut off and "Sorry your phone does not allow access to this number"

I’ve been experiencing this issue for the last 24 hours.  It’s proving very difficult as I am trying to get through to the doctors for my father and have to hold for a long time and get cut off before I get to speak with them.  I have powered down my phone, but don’t know if it’s going to change anything.  From what others who have reported this problem have said, it won’t.What is the solution please?

Fed up of not being able to speak to anyone.  Keep losing people in mid conversation.  Really not happy when I am trying to speak to medical professionals!

I'm receiving this message when dialling 0300 numbers. Never had it before. Looks like it was an issue 3 years ago. Calls are being cut off after 2-4 mins.Can this be fixed as it's really important. Anyone else experiencing this?
