Phone call cut off and "Sorry your phone does not allow access to this number"


I’ve been experiencing this issue for the last 24 hours.  It’s proving very difficult as I am trying to get through to the doctors for my father and have to hold for a long time and get cut off before I get to speak with them.  I have powered down my phone, but don’t know if it’s going to change anything.  From what others who have reported this problem have said, it won’t.

What is the solution please?

You may need to use an old-fashioned landline service.

Unfortunately on some occasions some outages can take a little longer to fix than others.
