So for the past week there's been a problem with 4G in my area. They are aware of this and have been hard at work. I was just curious if there is a way to give them feedback as to how stable it is. It started working again as of yesterday evening and have noticed no problems at all as of yet. It's working totally fine even indoors like it used to. On their coverage checker though it still showing as outdoor service only. Would be nice to be able to send feedback to iD like i do with when there's a power outage. There's a number to text or call. Or even a short form on their website. Just a quick message to let them know everythings great again. Maybe they do have something in place in which some of you guys could enlighten me. I've also scoured their site but not found anything, but this would be a great idea for us all to help you guys get the latest coverage info in future. Best Regards Adam

Anyone else experiencing really slow network connection today. I have 4g and the signal is good quality. Just really laggy. I'm away for the weekend so maybe just the location, though i did check the coverage map on the ID website. That showed good quality coverage. Just curious guys if anyone else is laggy too?

Does any of you guys have an idea on how long the 50% Extra Data deal will last on their sim-only contracts. It's been advertised on their main website, not sure how long though. I need to purchase one for my mother but i have no idea what kind of data plan she's likely to need. Won't be able to speek to her till the end of next week. I could always buy bigger and downgrade but if anyone out there knows you may just save me some unnecessary effort 😂 Thanks guys in advance Regards Adam

Just curious on your thoughts about the S10 and if anyone is going to upgrade. Anyone pre-ordered already? Finally has it persuaded any non Samsung owners taken a leap onto the S10?

Now that it's released, how many of you guy's have already got yourselves one? Does it meet up to your expectations? What's your thoughts on it? Anyone still waiting to see the hands on reviews before purchase?
