How to claim Galaxy Tab S6 lite offer?

Hi all,      Upgraded my contract from Sim only to phone on 18th Apr 2024. But I’ve exhausted myself when chatting with support to figure out how can I can claim Galaxy S6 Tab lite offer on Samsung website.     For this we require an invoice number and copy of the receipt which should be submitted within 30 days of purchase, but so far after filling in many security forms on chats, there is nothing but just regret to find an suitable answer…    So does anyone know how can this be done, please? Thanks

Hi,      I'm looking upgrade my SIM only plan to contract phone and getting a better deal from other website.   If I get a new contract, is transfer of number possible internally? Thanks,Vikas

Hi,       I’m looking to view my call history (with numbers) for a particular bill cycle. Is there a way to find out that?      On my phone, I’m looking to find a number which I didn’t save apparently and wish to know what numbers were called during a particular month (minutes from the inclusive plan). Is there a way to view the detailed bill?   Thanks.

Swapping numbers from 2 different provider

I have two mobile plans. One from ID mobile and ‘x’ provider. I was wondering if any of you guys know a way through which I can swap my numbers between providers/carriers?The reason for this is, based on the needs, my plan with ID Mobile is more suitable for my wife & her plan is suitable for me.Both the plans are registered under my name.

Upgrade Vs Change plan for Monthly Sim only contract.

Hi all,     All being with ID mobile for more than year, decided to see what’s on offer.    So to begin with for    Example: If I’m on 9GB, 300 minutes plan for £10 a month (Line rental)                     Billing cycle is on every 14th of Month. and on 25th of that month decided to:   * Upgrade:       To an £10 a month (Line rental) offering 30 GB and Unlimited Minutes    * Change plan:      To an £10 a month (Line rental) offering 8 GB and Unlimited Minutes Questions:What’s the difference here, when it comes to montly charges? As I understand its going to charge differently in both cases in coming months? Which is recommended? Once the upgrade is processed can it be cancelled? Can plan be changed again, if it doesn’t work out? Thanks.

Wifi calling on Motorola X4?

I see this phone not being present on the Wifi calling compatibility list, but is the support going to be added soon Or is it up to the manufacturer? This is an Android One device with Android 9 currently on it.

Cancel Direct Debit but keep the connection active by paying the bill manually online.

Hi, Is there way to cancel my direct debit on sim only contract (rolling) and make manual payments online when necessary? Example : Currently on 1 month rolling contract with direct debit being setup, but wish to cancel the direct debit an pay in manually into my account when the e-bill is generated? Thanks.

Incoming Text while roaming

Hi all,     I’ll be on roaming (india) soon, are there any charges to recieve a incoming text (this could be a OTP or some text from a friend in U.K)?     The link https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/international-and-roaming-charges states only texts to charges while you are in roaming country.     Is it to be considered as free of charge? Thanks.
