Does WiFi calling work on PAYG as well as PAYM?

Just want to check if wifi calling is available on sim only deals, and if yes, only on pay monthly or also on PAYG ?

wifi calling INCOMING not working

I am using iphone SE, iOS 11.4.1. Just activated my new sim. All is working ok, except for INCOMING wifi calls - they just switch straight to the voicebox. The OUTGOING wifi calls are working as normal. I have reset the iphone network settings just in case, but no change. Is there a solution or is this a common failure ?
