Hello My signal has been getting worse and worse, especially in the last 3-4 months. ive been with ID for a few years now and havent changed phone (iphone 11). I often drive around the north side of the M25 and now i cant hold a call for more than a couple of minutes and during the call the quality is extremely bad. I usually only get 3g signal and its usually only 1 bar, but i used to get 4g and the calls in that area had no problems. Looking online the signal should be great. Ive tried resetting my phone network settings and it hasnt made a difference. What can i do?
