Very poor 4G service. Awful. very raraely do I get 1 bar in or our of the house.

Hi I recently purchased 2 more sims with you. This is my 3rd sim. My daughters sim works o.k 2-3 bars of coverage. My 2 recent sims I bought never hardly work. Always says no service. Im going to have to move to some other sim now, what a waste of my time signing over. Our phones are new units. So its not the phone sets. Its purely a ID mobile coverage issue. My post code area is WS10 0DL. Service checkers say its very good. What a lie. Please someone confirm is there anything I can do to imporive this, or must I move providers again. Thanks R Bevin
