buyout device part of contract

Hi, Would like a new phone halfway through my contract. I know there is early cancellation to start a new contract, but this is too expensive at this point in time. All I want to know is can I buyout the device part of my plan like other networks to then be able to start a new device plan? Hope someone can help!?

Top Cashback reward never materialised after signing up last November

TOP CASHBACK; Like the many complainers regards their ‘missing’ CURRYS gift voucher, seems ID Mobile have a history here; I signed up to them via above cashback site on 1/11/22.Top Cashback advised ID Mobile have still not issued the payment I was promised at sign up😫. What’s the delay??

Cannot make or receive calls

I have recently moved over to ID Mobile about 2-3 weeks ago. Today I noticed I couldn’t make or receive calls - not 100% sure whether this has been the case since I moved over or only something that started today - I don’t make many calls….When making a call I get call failed and when someone calls my number it doesn't show up on my phone and eventually goes to voicemail.SMS is working and my phone shows a 4G signal. When i move my SIM to someone else’s phone the same issue occurs and when I put someone else’s sim in my phone it works OK so that indicates its not a problem with my iPhone. I have reset network connection and rebooted it.Any suggestions please? I am starting to regret moving to ID Mobile.

I have lost my phone and don't know my password

I have lost my phone and do not know my password in order to login and request a new SIM. I have been unable to do this via any other method so far. If possible please can I be contacted to discuss what I can do to recover my account.

£200 bonus trade in question

Im interested in upgrading my phone and saw the google pixel 7 pro offered an extra £200 trade in when trading in my old phone.This is obviously very appealing to me but im not sure how it works or if my old phone is even eligible. I would be trading in my s20 fe which works fine but has a bit of screen burn in on the top right of the screen (battery icon etc) would this still be eligible for the £200 extra trade in credit? If so how do i get the money when i select my phone to trade in it just says the original trade in price instead of the one with the promotion going. Any advice would he helpful

missing pixel buds for 7 pro pixel deal

I placed my order on the 25th of March and my phone turned up today from DPD. My email from ID mobile said the pixel ear buds would be in the bag with my phone but they aren't? Can someone confirm they are on their way?

M old number with its PAC is not transferring to new ID mobile sim

Hi, I need to move my old EE number to my new ID mobile sim card. I did the PAC code online giving both numbers and a transaction ID but it will not transfer over. If I don't get this sorted tomorrow, I'm staying with EE.

Roaming but charged for services

I recently visited France, a country that is listed in the inclusive roaming locations. I have unlimited data in my current plan so because I’m in an inclusive country, as far as my understanding goes, that should apply the same when I’m in France but I’ve come home and my bill has more than doubled for charges?

Can't make an audible call

Since the 19th March I have been unable to make calls to anyone. The signal just keeps breaking up and no-one can hear a word I say. Data also drops every few seconds so I can’t use apps to make calls either. Wifi calls are also out of the question because my broadband is supplied by the 3network too My area is DN12 2BB

Unable to make calls or send text messages

My daughters ID sim has stopped allowing her to make calls or send messages despite having a monthly bundle.  In app is showing she has unlimited calls/text and most of her data remaining.When logging into app on her phone she is being told to go to online version as app not working.  Have logged into the online version and can see her bundle.Any suggestions as we are paying for this but unable to use it.
