iD Mobile unable to take payment by direct debit and referred my case to debt collectors

I have been with iD Mobile for years, last year I wanted to take out another SIM card which I set up a separate direct debit (DD) for. For months iD Mobile, for whatever reason, couldn’t manage the simple task of taking one DD debit from account 1 for sim 1, and a separate DD for sim 2 from bank account 2. They blamed Natwest for months and I took out a case against them. Natwest came back to me to prove that each month iD Mobile would amend my DD every month and take it from the wrong account. This never actually got sorted and I just ended up paying a double bill from one account. In December I no longer needed the second sim so I cancelled it. I did it via a chat and asked them to read back to me which sim they were cancelling. It was all correct so I assumed no more DD’s would be taken from that account. I was wrong. Another bill was paid for from the wrong account so I cancelled that DD. I then went abroad in Jan and swapped out my iD sim for a roaming sim on another network. I th

2 payments made, bundle not working

Yesterday I bought a bundle of 8£, (2 payments of 8£ were taken from my bank account)when I try to make calls says that I'm unavailable to make calls,(Internet isn't working either) I've tried many things already and still not working, In the ID Mobile app appears like everything it's ok.

uncancel a cancelled account

I was with ID mobile a few years ago , changed over to Three and have now got a PAC as I`m leaving Three and I`m trying to login / register using my email which I used with ID before and the original phone number too. However I get an error message stating this account wad cancelled more than 6 months ago…. can anyone please point me in the right direction …. cheers….

PAC Code number transfer not working

Hi all, I’m trying to transfer my number over & have tried 2 browsers, all upper case, all lower case & capital first letter for my surname, cleared my cache on both browsers & it’s still not working.I ordered my SIM online & have 4 as the first digit of my transaction number.

PAC code not working ??

Hi all, trying to input PAC code to swap my old number over to ID mobile transaction number (starting in a 4) is correctPAC code from Plusnet is correct  all other details are correct  keep getting error :  We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. any ideas ?! Thank you..

Delay on voice call

Having already tried changing sim card on advice of "customer service", I continue to get delays on most of my voice calls (at least 2-3 seconds). Its infuriating. It's obviously either the phone or the network. Given the fact that i dont have a landline, it leaves my mobile service unfit for purpose. I've tried various times to get back through on live chat with no success.  Anyone else experienced these issues and have any suggestions?

No Roaming

Why does my sim not allow roaming in Spain even though it is set up for it, I have turned my phone on and off once in Spain and selected both Auto detect and manual for roaming but I cannot connect to any network for roaming

Sim only

My contract ended at the end of last month. I enquired about a Sim only deal but I got no reply and I'm still being charged the same rate - £21+/month. The only thing I can do from my end is cancel the DD. Regards, Stan

problems receiving calls. Says person is on another line.

Hi Whenever anyone rings me they get a message saying that ‘The person you are trying to call is on another line’ - however, im not. I have tried toggling wifi on and off and have reset my network settings, but neither has helped.

Help cancelling contract of my late husband

My Husband passed away over 4 years ago.In the midst of everything else I had to deal with at the time I forgot about his mobile phone rolling 30 day contract and subsequently moved home.I have in the last few weeks received letters (only because the postman that delivered to my old address knows my new address), that state I must pay a final demand notice of £10.I remember his monthly contract was £5 so not sure why they want £10. In either case, the contract has not been used for over 4 years.I want to get it cancelled but no one will speak to me because I do not know the answers to his security questions. Can anyone please assist me with this?

poor coverage

Any one had problems with network coverage at Winthorpe - near skegness, never had an issue before but this weekend it was virtually none existent. Both for me & my mother we are both with ID. Thanks

Accidentally used wrong email address when ordering phone

I did not create an account before ordering my phone contract. I ordered the Samsung Flip 4 but as I was so excited to get started I allowed autofill to put an email I no longer have access to as my contact email. Will I be able to update this once my order arrives as I have no way of knowing what is going on or what to do? I have the order number if that helps.

Cant pay final bill

I have cancelled my direct debit and cancelled my contract but then received a final bill email but now have no access to the account nor my old iD phone number. I can't get into contact with anyone from iD over the phone so I'm stuck for what to do. Would appreciate some advice please
