Registering Account says "Wrong Details"

 I have been trying to register on my id mobile but everytime i enter the details it is saying incorrect information i dont have any hyphen in my surname

Hello @Afza,

You need to make sure you are entering the:

Account holders last name

Account holders year of birth

iD Mobile number active on the SIM Card

The account holder is the person who is purchased the contract not the person who is using it.

Try entering the last name using CAPITAL letters for the whole surname.

If entering all the details as explained above my Mohammed didn’t work, and typing your surname in all capital letters didn’t work, then please let us know and we can look into this further for you.
