Can I Perform an Early Upgrade?

Hi,

was wondering if I was eligible for an early upgrade. My contract is due to end on the 24th of May this year and wondering when the earliest I could upgrade.

If your existing iD contract is for a minimum term of 24-months, then you’ll be able to upgrade from 60-days before the end of your minimum term (of 24-months).

Unfortunately, iD Mobile won’t allow you to upgrade early with any other minimum term @Megan Lee.

    Hey there @Megan Lee, as @andewhite has rightfully mentioned, you can only upgrade up to 60 days early if you’re on the 24 months contract. If this is the case, then you would currently be eligible to upgrade as of right now. If not, then you would have to wait for the minimum term to be completed before you can upgrade I’m afraid.
