    switched numbers

    I'm struggling to sort out my number. I have switched my number via a pac code but the number issued by ID is showing on text messages. If I turn off rcs messages then it uses my correct number but left on ot defaults to the sim number. I've tried changing the number on settings but it defaults back to the wrong one. Please can someone tell me what else I can try?

    Cant make or receive calls - when trying calling either just sits there connecting forever, or drops signal

    Hi From today my Iphone 13 Pro Max wont receive or make any calls. When trying to call, it will say connecting and wont even time out...or if it does timeout i lose all signal to iD. Receiving it doesnt ring, although the users end it does ring then goes to voicemail, and i then get a notification i have a voicemail. I have tried: restarting phone joining another network airplane mode reseting network settings What NEXT? If this isnt sorted today, i will be leaving iD.

    I recently left I'd as the coverage is poor in the area, I requested my PAC code and did the port to Lyca mobile ever since I can not receive SMS messages and can't make voice calls to some numbers (RCS messaging and internet seems ok and people seem to be able to call me) Have been told its a porting issue and I need to report it to the provider i have just left - i have reported it to Lyca mobile but 3 days in and no updates or progress - please help have health issues and not sure I am getting messages through from Doctor so it's pretty urgent

I was changing two phones from SKY to ID mobile at the same time and they gave one PAC for both.     Contract package coming to the end and just want SIM only contract

    Ok here's the low down plus I'm asking well in advance by the way. Contact 2 year's phone and sim ported my number onto ID Mobile. When my contract is almost up I won't have to pay for my device and want to keep my sim only unlimited data. How do I go about to keep my own number and have a sim only pack? I may go for a 2 year sim deal. This wound mean a new account there must be a way to slipstream the change for ease as I don't want to loss my own number as I've read others have has lost their number doing an upgrade for this.     Hi My phone got stolen. I tried to deactivate the sim, but you have to create an account online. I tried, but then it says it will send a text to get the ID mobile ID number. I can’t receive text BECAUSE MY PHONE HAS BEEN STOLEN! I tried to chat, but chat bot obviously not helpful! All agents are busy, now it is after 8pm, so noone available! what can i do????

    Received a Final Bill and the SIM hasnt been received after 6 working days. Therefore inactive and unused. Cancelled after 4 working days of ordering as old SIM had run out, expecting ID SIM to turn up. Now 7 working days on SIM has arrived was told we can use it as PAYG since they failed to deliver in due course.

    First post so be gentle….😉 My wife and I are going on a Western European cruise and I’ve spent a few many hours reading on here about other customers tales of woe. I’ve also spent some time reading the iD FAQ/help pages too. I think I’ve got my ducks in a row but maybe one of you out there could pass a glancing eye over this and spot something I’ve missed? In preparation for our upcoming cruise I’ve clicked on the iD Mobile App (with both eyes shut, all of my fingers and toes crossed whilst jumping backwards through a flaming hoop) to find, after losing count as to how many updates it’s been given in recent months, it worked (I know, you must be as shocked as me) Then via the iD Mobile App → Bills → Mange bill cap: set the bill cap to £0 and clicked save as I’m a cheapskate but also read of others getting an unwanted ‘surprise’. Also via the iD Mobile App→ Plan → Manage your iD services: turned International on turned Roaming on turned Premium off clicked save On both Samsung phones,
