Adult Content Filter not switching off.

Getting a bit frustrated with this now. I have tried everything that I have already seen in the community posts and it’s still not working… some of the sites I work with for my job require adult content feature to turn off due to sensitive information. I can’t access anything. I’ve turned it on and off in the app multiple times whilst waiting at least an hour. I’ve even done it on the website instead of the app and still nothing. I never had any of these issues whilst on o2 but I didn’t want to keep paying their ludicrous price to compared what I am paying now.

    Buying/Setting up Child Sim

Hello, I have partially read and understood certain aspects to how this works but basically, I am already with ID mobile and I am wanting to purchase a new SIM card for my child I understand about not logging in so it doesn't affect my account and just checking out as a new SIM only deal etc, but when the SIM card gets delivered, how do I set it up so I have control? Do I have to put the SIM card in my phone to add it to my ID mobile app? Or do I put the SIM card in my child's phone? I imagine to add the number to my app a text will go to the SIM card? I don't want to install ID mobile app on my child's phone as it defeats the purpose of me having control, I don't want them getting savvy using that app and enabling things like adult content etc Is there any useful instructions from anyone who has done this already? I've obviously got to figure out how to set up my child's phone as a separate issue but want to sort the SIM card out first Thanks Dan

I have the adult content filter set to view adult sites, although the site in question isn't exactly adult. It's my local libraries log in page. Is there another setting I need to turn on or off please?

So I bought my Id contract in April but only just ported the number over last week I did put the sim in the phone once but did continue to use my old sim until that contact ended I noticed last night that my iMessage wasn’t working then noticed the numbers in my number and also in my Apple ID under security and sign in, email and numbers was wrong and also under send and revive so I reset my network and this solved this issue and all numbers were then correct but iMessage still wouldn’t work but what I did notice was under my Apple ID email and phone numbers it says unavailable for iMessage and Face ID then if I click on this it says something like no sim connected to number or something I’ve since tried a new blank sim and still nothing. I’ve restarted, reset double checked everything this seems a very common problem with id mobile and luckily for them I’m last my 14 day cooling off due to my own fault the email works fine with iMessage but I wanna use my number how hard
