Tap 'Get started'. Enter the email address you'd like to use to register for the iD Mobile app. Tap 'Next'. Tap 'Continue'. Enter your first name & last name. Set a password for the iD Mobile app. Tap 'Create'. You'll receive an email with a 6-digit code. Enter the 6-digit code into the iD Mobile app. You can enable biometrics to log-in to the iD Mobile app – just tap 'Enable Face ID'. You can enable notifications from the iD Mobile app – just tap 'Enable notifications'. Boom – you've registered! Once you’ve registered, you’ll need to add your plan.     Registering a replacement sim seems impossible

    Hi, My 81 year old Dad lost his phone last week so I've been trying to sort a new sim for him for the last 3 days and have hit a wall with the situation. Dad lost his phone which obviously had his sim inside. We managed to login to his account in a web browser and report the phone and sim as lost. Next I tried to order him a new sim through the website only to find I couldn't login to his account without his phone for verification. Then I called customer service who advised I could collect a sim from the local Currys branch or have one sent via post within a few working days. I opted to go to Currys to save waiting, attended the store to be told they didn't issue replacement sims and could offer a PAYG sim or a contract I explained we spoke to ID CS and they said the store would issue a replacement sim. The staff member went away and returned with a sim package, stating I could register it at home via phone, the app or website. I then attempted to register via the website, no can do as

    I'm trying to reregister with the new app, but once I get to the find my account page which needs phone number, surname and date of birth it says there's no record of my account.

    Can't register ID Mobile app - one time passcode goes to old number

    Hi, I can’t find a human to help me here. I have just joined ID Mobile and transferred my old phone number using PUK etc. So now my original ID Mobile number is gone and I can’t receive phone calls or texts to that number (and I don’t want to). The problem is that I want to set up my account with ID Mobile and that requires a one time passcode to be sent to the original number (that doesn’t work). Can someone in ID Mobile send the OTP to my new number?

    New user, PAC not done and unable to register

    So I signed up for a new iPhone to replace my ten years of O2 loyalty via mobiles.co.uk. Order was placed last Monday and I put my PAC code in requesting cutover on the 20th. Simple. I did the same for my daughter a couple of weeks ago and smooth sailing. My number hasn’t cutover yet, 22:55 now, I have tried registering for an account with both the ID number and my O2 number and the O2 one is unrecognised and I kept pressing resend every time the ID one timed out. Given up with that now. Sent a couple of texts from otther numbers and they worked fine. Is this normal behaviour?

    Two accounts registered to one email

    I have two accounts, one for me and one for my son but both registered to my email. I can access mine but not my son’s. Partly for this reason, I’ve never actually used either SIM though I’ve been paying for them. Please can someone tell me how I can access my son’s account? Thanks very much.

    outstanding payment not registering on account and all services blocked

    HI all - am having a very frustrating time with ID mobile today - In the course of changing my direct debit account, an error clearly occurred which has resulted in an outstanding amount of £10 on my account. I’ve paid this and it is showing as cleared, yet all my services are still blocked. I can’t use the phone - every time I try to make a phone call it dials directly to the payment line and a recorded message tells me that I don’t have any outstanding payments. Yet I can’t use my phone! Has anyone had a similar situation and how can I resolve this? thanks

    "Not Registered on Network" and "Disconnected" Mobile Network State

    Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) and I live in South Somerset. When I dial phone numbers, I keep getting the pop-up message "Not registered on network". I also do not receive most incoming calls - even though the phone is on me and the ringer is turned up, incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Also I’ve never been able to access the IDMobile app on my phone as I only get a pop-up message which reads “Unable to establish secure connection. Please try again later”. I have followed your troubleshooting instructions, with no success. However, I did discover that my Mobile Network State (accessed through settings/about phone/status/sim card status) reads “Disconnected”. This status is something that I cannot change. I’m not a techy person, but I have never had such trouble with a phone before, and I am at my wits ends. Please help be before I bin the phone and IDMobile altogether!

    Issues with PAC and registering account

    Ordered new SIM, have PAC code for my old O2 number and have input transaction number (yes, it begins with a 4) and yet it keeps coming up with an error message that ID are “unable to process PAC as information is incorrect” the information is correct. I tried registering my account on the app using the provided ID mobile number but then that says details do not match records. Could someone please assist?

    service slow or down keeps saying sim not registered om network

    My phone cannot male calls or receive them as my sim keeps disconnecting and saying nit registered on network !! I took it into currys who said its because my battery is o reheating but I had my phone inspected and fixed 8 months ago in currys due to a faulty handset when I signed up . I've argued that it still overheats but was fobbed off now it's out of warranty currys state its not co red fir repair but the battery and maim board do need replacing I am still in contract for 2 months is there anything that can be done

    I have recently switched to Imobile and ported my phone number from Tesco Mobile, everything's seems to be working fine except I keep getting this message which say I now have 20 days left. I have seen previous similar problems in the community hub, however these relate to switching or upgrading phone, however I have not changed my phone and am using these same apple I13 phone bought through Apple. Any ideas? don’t want to be with out Messages or FaceTime which this message related to

    Re-registering

    I’m a new customer. I have received my first bill but I am unable to see it. I have registered online, I feel I have registered on the app (re-registered) each time I get to the enter the one time pass code but never receive the email containing the one time pass code. This is very frustrating. Please can you advise how I sort this. Thanks

    I am unable to re-register even after following all the help steps.

    I have had an account with ID for 4+ years, my original contract ended 2020 September. I am still on the plan and do not intend on changing that. I am unsure of when exactly but for a few months I have been unable to log in to my account. I changed my password but it has not resolved the issue. When i log in with this email it asks me to add a phone number as if I am a new account. When I try to add my number it states that the number is not registered although all my details are correct. PLEASE NOTE: I have tried to follow the FAQ on issues with re-registering. It is unsuccessful. I am able to log into the community hub so I know my email and password are correct, but the actual account will not let me add my phone number. URGENT

    Logging /Registering

    hi all… I have tried logging into my account and keep getting logged out on both pc format and app… I can’t seem to be able to get around it… so decided to try via a new registration… got the verivication code and input it and this came up… We can't authorize you because of an OAuth error. You didn't complete the approval process before it expired. Please try again. I would like to get this sorted asap as I will be working overseas and would like to access my account so I can question any billing issues should they arise…. Thanks Steve
