    Cant make or receive calls - when trying calling either just sits there connecting forever, or drops signal

    Hi From today my Iphone 13 Pro Max wont receive or make any calls. When trying to call, it will say connecting and wont even time out...or if it does timeout i lose all signal to iD. Receiving it doesnt ring, although the users end it does ring then goes to voicemail, and i then get a notification i have a voicemail. I have tried: restarting phone joining another network airplane mode reseting network settings What NEXT? If this isnt sorted today, i will be leaving iD.

    Cannot log into my account in app or website

    As for so many others, I can’t log into my account via the app or via the website. I just get stuck in an endless loop coming back to the ‘please enter your email’ screen and data entry box. Looks like the security features haven’t been set up properly? I last had this problem months ago, so its really disappointing to experience a recurrence. As the app (my phone runs on Android) is all down to ID Mobile, there’s no question of variations between browser. I use Firefox running under Windows 10 on my pc, so hardly an unusual configuration. Any ideas for what, how and/or who to kick here? Not a lot one can do to a custom app as a user.
