Can I transfer my number from one iD account to another?

You cannot transfer your mobile number from iD plan to another, attempting to do so may result in your mobile number getting lost. If you’d like to transfer your number from one iD plan to another iD plan, you’ll need to transfer your number to another network, then once complete, transfer your number back to iD.
