AMAZON VOUCHER NOT HONOURED


Absolute disgrace. Total waste of time. Opened 2 account with ID Mobile, but only received one set of £65 amazon vouchers, after 3 months. I have been told that I now have to wait ANOTHER 3 months and then they will investigate! What a joke! I am just going to publicise that ID Mobile do not honour their deals.

Sorry to hear this, are you sure it’s iD Mobile who offered the Amazon vouchers?

 

Was this an offer via GiftCloud/MSE?

Hi , yes I am sure it was ID Mobile. I got the account, it was through MSE.

Hey there ​@Builditup, thank you for confirming. If purchased through MSE, you will need to contact Giftcloud directly regarding this, as the vouchers are offered and sent via themselves.

You mention you have raised a complaint and posted to Trust Pilot, was this with ourselves our Gift Cloud?

The voucher is offered and sent by them, not iD.

Okay, if you’re already in touch with us please continue there, however it’ll be worth yourself getting in touch with GiftCloud as they are the party offering the voucher, not iD.

That's really not helpful at all, ​@Tom , as no one seems to take accountability; ID Mobile blames Giftcloud and Giftcloud blame ID Mobile! Pointless!

"I'm sorry you feel that way" is not a genuine apology. As mentioned previously, no one seems to be escalating or taking accountability. 

There is no team taking accountability,  as previously mentioned. 

I think it is better if I take the grevience to social media

I suspect the reason you’ve only received one Gift Card is cause 11 of the T&Cs, which state:

“11. Only one Reward will be delivered per person.”

So despite being processed as separate transactions, the details are for the same person (you). I’d encourage you to continue your correspondence with Gift Cloud, as they handle the entire process, but as they’ve stated it can take up to 90 days for them to process their investigation. Thanks.
