Hi , yes I am sure it was ID Mobile. I got the account, it was through MSE.

The voucher is offered and sent by them, not iD.

That's really not helpful at all, @Tom , as no one seems to take accountability; ID Mobile blames Giftcloud and Giftcloud blame ID Mobile! Pointless!

I suspect the reason you’ve only received one Gift Card is cause 11 of the T&Cs, which state:
“11. Only one Reward will be delivered per person.”
So despite being processed as separate transactions, the details are for the same person (you). I’d encourage you to continue your correspondence with Gift Cloud, as they handle the entire process, but as they’ve stated it can take up to 90 days for them to process their investigation. Thanks.
