another new issue with ID mobile

I am now unable to make calls to landline numbers . Absolutely terrible service . I had to use my wife call to book a GP appointment as for some reason it doesn’t let me call landline numbers !!!!!

I've encountered this issue for a long time now and each time I complain to ID Mobile they aren't interested unfortunately. They just fob you off with the same answer of try  'sim card in another phone' which ive done and no success! They offered me money off my next bill, I refused and told them it does not fix the issue. I am doing everything I can to leave this dreaded company. Ongoing complaint at mo, if not resolved, I be taking it to the communication Ombudsman.

What a ridiculous reply is this ????

have I been to call the landline before ??? 

if it’s yes, what is your solution?

if no, what is your solution ?

I am honestly don’t know as I am so new to id mobile and it’s absolutely terrible .

What exactly is your solution ??!

I have tried the usual resets etc

@Geluk thank you for your inputs on this matter. The frustration you get when you are sick and can’t make a simple landline call to your GP is something I won’t wish upon anyone !
