I'm going to have to leave id it's the calls that are an issue I have ful signal at home ( no landline) Nearly very time I ring someone they can't hear me as I'm breaking up. It's getting to the point of annoying now as I'm trying to book something very important and they can't here me obviously as our names are spelt incorrectly. That tipped me over the edge I need a network I can use for calls 📞

Hi @Anne2705

I’m sorry to hear this, is this only at home or in other areas too?

Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’ve had these issues?

How long have you had these issues here?

Tom

Hi there @Anne2705

If your mobile phone is showing 3-4 (in some cases 5) bars for the signal strength, then something clearly isn’t right here.

Have you looked at enabling Wi-Fi calling?

edit. Assuming you have home broadband for Wi-Fi calling to work

Why is something not right if I have 5 bars I'm really confused. I thought that was good ? Thanks for your reply 👍

Yes @Anne2705 that is good.

I meant if you have a good phone signal, this means there should be nothing wrong.

But clearly you’re having issues using the phone, meaning although you have an excellent signal, something else is causing this issue - Maybe VoLTE needs switching on on the phone or as I mentioned above maybe Wi_Fi calling would help too.

Or could you be mixing up the Wi-Fi signal strength versus the Mobile phone signal strength? I was talking about the phones signal strength and took it you meant the same.

Hi Tom once before I had this issue I was at work my postcode at home is NG20 0BL . I've not been with you long just seeing how it goes really. It's not ideal as it is as we don't have a land line 😕 The strange thing is when hubby calls from his mobile its a good signal. The issue seems to be when I call a business local council  that's just an example. I've had another reply which I think says if I have 5bars it's clearly not right think he means it should be a good signal. Many thanks for your reply 😊

Hi @Anne2705

What network is your partner on and having a good signal?

It may be worth trying suggestions in the following article;
