Can't get PAC

I’ve requested a PAC via text, website, app, and live chat. The text told me (multiple times) that there was a ‘system issue’, the app and website said (also multiple times, definitely not a network issue) ‘something went wrong’ and the live agent I spoke to for over an hour said I would recieve a PAC, but I haven’t and its been over an hour since then.

Sounds like the iD systems are not functioning correctly, ​@cantgetPAC

Perhaps try again tomorrow.
