If you want to cancel your iD Mobile plan, here’s how you can do it and what you need to know:

You can cancel your plan easily through the iD Mobile app by requesting a PAC (to keep your number), a STAC (to get a new number), or by giving 30 days' notice. Simply cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your plan—your account will remain active and you may fall into arrears, which can affect your credit score. Always keep your Direct Debit active until your final bill is settled.

If you’re still in contract, cancelling early may involve an Early Termination Fee. You can check how much this will be by:

  • Texting INFO followed by your date of birth (DDMMYY) to 85075 (e.g., INFO 171202). You’ll get a reply with any outstanding charges or early termination fees.
  • Using the iD Mobile app or logging in to my.idmobile.co.uk, then tapping Plan > Leave iD > Calculate leaving cost.

Your final bill will include any remaining line rental, usage charges, and possibly an early termination fee if you’re still in contract. Do not cancel your Direct Debit until your final payment has been taken.
